Semplificazione e modernizzazione: sono questi gli obiettivi del Gruppo Caltagirone che ha varato di recente un progetto di riorganizzazione, malady già approvato dalle assemblee delle società interessate, ambulance volto a caratterizzare le aziende per tipo di attività (Stampa e Prestampa; Servizi). Un piano contestato nei giorni scorsi dai sindacati (anche se coinvolge, secondo gli analisti, una quota marginale dell’organico, il quale conserverà i propri diritti come previsto dalle norme in vigore) ma che, in un mercato editoriale nazionale che risente ancora della lunga crisi e scosso dal terremoto della fusione Stampa-Repubblica, si è reso ancor più necessario anche con l’obiettivo di valorizzare tutte le competenze presenti nel gruppo editoriale.
Il progetto intende semplificare la struttura organizzativa del gruppo che, cresciuto negli anni anche attraverso acquisizioni, è oggi composto da molte società che hanno, nella sostanza, un medesimo scopo sociale e che svolgono attività simili e a «ciclo produttivo completo».
In particolare il Messaggero scinderà due settori (prestampa e stampa; amministrazione e servizi) rispettivamente in due società (Stampa Roma 2015; Servizi Italia 15). Il quotidiano Il Mattino compirà la stessa operazione con la creazione di Stampa Napoli 2015 e ancora di Servizi Italia 15, mentre il Gazzettino scinderà solo la parte servizi (essendo la prestampa e stampa già in separata società) sempre in Servizi Italia 15. Tutte le società destinatarie apparterranno al 100% a Caltagirone Editore.
Per quanto riguarda i lavoratori le società Stampa Roma 2015 e Stampa Napoli 2015 manterranno il contratto poligrafico; mentre Servizi Italia 15, aderente a Confcommercio, adotterà il contratto terziario.
